The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Muncy Indians (Muncy, PA) and the visiting Canton Warriors (Canton, PA), saw Muncy's baseball team knock off Canton by a count of 5-2.

The Indians now own a 9-5 record. They take the field next when they host Neumann Regional Academy for a Mid-Penn D4 challenge on Wednesday, May 6.

With the defeat, Canton drops to 5-11 on the year. The Warriors host Williamson (Tioga, PA) to clash with the Warriors in a Northern Tier - Western challenge on Monday, May 4. The Warriors go into the challenge with a record of 2-11. Williamson lost 10-4 in their recent league challenge against Towanda (Towanda, PA)
