May 3, 2022: Daytona Beach, FL 32124 Trinity Catholic Celtics (Ocala, FL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Father Lopez Green Wave (Daytona Beach, FL), 1-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Trinity Catholic upgrades its record to 17-8 on the season. The Celtics travel to The Villages Charter (The Villages, FL) to battle the Buffalo in a non-league test on Thursday, May 5. The Buffalo come into the test with a record of 17-6. The Villages Charter won 7-1 in their recent non-league test against Umatilla (Umatilla, FL)
With the defeat, Father Lopez falls to 15-10 on the season.
