Spectators at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Covenant Eagles (Charlottesville, VA) and the host Massanutten Military Academy Colonels (Woodstock, VA), saw Covenant's baseball squad knock off Massanutten Military Academy by a count of 13-0.

Coming up next, the Eagles play the Fishburne Military Caissons (Waynesboro, VA) in a VISAA Virginia Independent battle, on Friday, May 5. Covenant will attempt to move on its 8-8 season record. The Caissons enter the battle with a 4-10 record after their 14-0 league loss to Hargrave Military Academy (Chatham, VA).

The Colonels now possess a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Blue Ridge Christian for a non-league battle on Monday, May 8.
