May 3, 2023: Wheaton, IL 60187 The Glenbard East Rams volleyball team (Lombard, IL), was dropped 2-0 in Wednesday's non-league challenge with the host St. Francis Spartans (Wheaton, IL)
The Spartans (24-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Bishop McNamara (Kankakee, IL). The Fightin' Irish enter the Metro Suburban challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Bishop McNamara was dropped by Sandburg (Orland Park, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Rams meet the Elgin Maroons (Elgin, IL) in a Upstate 8 challenge, on Thursday, May 4. Glenbard East will attempt to move on its 15-9 season record. The Maroons enter the challenge with a 9-22 record after their 2-0 league loss to West Chicago (West Chicago, IL).
