Pennsylvania High School Lacrosse - Hempfield bounces New Oxford
May 3, 2023: Landisville, PA 17538 The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the Hempfield Black Knights (Landisville, PA) and the visiting New Oxford Colonials (New Oxford, PA), saw Hempfield's lacrosse team top New Oxford by a margin of 19-4.
The Black Knights (4-2) will now prepare for their test against Susquehannock (Glen Rock, PA). The Warriors come into the non-league test with a 13-2 record. In their last test, Susquehannock notched a victory over Dover (Dover, PA), 17-4, in a league test.
In their next game, the Colonials face the Red Lion Lions (Red Lion, PA) in a York Area 1 test, on Friday, May 5. New Oxford will attempt to move on its 9-5 season record. The Lions come into the test with a 9-4 record after their 20-6 league win over Kennard-Dale (Fawn Grove, PA).
