In Friday's non-league game, the host Cathedral Fighting Irish baseball team scored a nice 9-0 victory over the Covenant Christian Warriors.

The Fighting Irish (9-8) will now prepare for their game against New Palestine (New Palestine, IN). The Dragons go into the non-league game with a 16-3 record.

The Warriors (6-11) will now prepare for their game against Tri-West Hendricks (Lizton, IN). The Bruins go into the non-league game with a 6-10 record. In their last game, Tri-West Hendricks ran past Harrison (West Lafayette, IN), 5-4, in a non-league game.
