Metea Valley Mustangs (Aurora, IL) backers left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Riverside-Brookfield Bulldogs (Riverside, IL), 2-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Mustangs battle the Sycamore Spartans (Sycamore, IL) in a non-league match, on Monday, May 6. Metea Valley will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record.

With the loss, Riverside-Brookfield drops to 14-7 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to South Elgin (South Elgin, IL) to battle the Storm in a non-league match on Friday, May 3.
