May 3, 2024: Cross River, NY 10536 In Friday's non-league test, the host John Jay Wolves lacrosse squad scored a good 15-3 victory over the Minisink Valley Warriors.
The Wolves now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Mahopac for a test on Thursday, May 9. John Jay will face a Indians squad coming off a 15-9 non-league win over North Salem (North Salem, NY). The Indians record now stands at 9-5.
In their next game, the Warriors face the Kingston Tigers (Kingston, NY) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, May 7. Minisink Valley will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Tigers come into the test with a 0-3 record after their 12-8 non-league loss to Valley Central (Montgomery, NY).
