Next, the Dragons face the Des Moines East Scarlets (Des Moines, IA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, May 6. Johnston will attempt to better on its 5-7 season record. The Scarlets enter the contest with a 2-16 record after their 6-0 league loss to Ottumwa (Ottumwa, IA).
The Spoofhounds now have a 12-6 record. They take the field next when they host Savannah for a Class 2 District 8 contest on Tuesday, May 7. Maryville will face a Savages team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to St. Pius X (Kansas City, MO). The Savages record now stands at 3-12.
