May 3, 2024: Coleraine, MN 55722 Spectators at Friday's non-league match between the Greenway/Nashwauk-Keewatin Raiders (Coleraine, MN) and the visiting Aitkin Gobblers (Aitkin, MN), witnessed Greenway/Nashwauk-Keewatin's softball squad tip Aitkin by a count of 14-7.
The Raiders now sport a 6-5 record. They play next when they host International Falls for a non-league match on Tuesday, May 7.
With the loss, Aitkin moves to 6-2 on the season. The Gobblers host Esko (Esko, MN) to meet the Eskomos in a non-league match on Monday, May 6. The Eskomos go into the match with a record of 8-4. Esko won 11-1 in their recent non-league match against Mesabi East (Aurora, MN)
