Oregon High School Softball - North Medford nudges Grants Pass
May 3, 2024: Medford, OR 97504 North Medford Black Tornado (Medford, OR) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Grants Pass Cavemen (Grants Pass, OR), 6-5 in a league challenge.
The Black Tornado now own a 13-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Medford for a 6A Southwest challenge on Tuesday, May 7.
With the loss, Grants Pass falls to 6-12 on the campaign. The Cavemen travel to South Eugene (Eugene, OR) to battle the Axe in a 6A Southwest challenge on Thursday, May 9. The Axe enter the challenge with a record of 5-13.
