New Hampshire High School Softball - Souhegan knocked off by Kingswood
May 3, 2024: Amherst, NH 03031 In Friday's league contest, the Kingswood Knights (Wolfeboro, NH) softball team overwhelmed the host Souhegan Sabers (Amherst, NH), by a margin of 18-4.
With the triumph, Kingswood moves its record to 7-1 on the year. The Knights travel to Pelham (Pelham, NH) to play the Pythons in a Division II contest on Saturday, May 4. The Pythons come into the contest with a record of 4-5. Pelham lost 9-0 in their recent league contest against Bow (Bow, NH)
In their next game, the Sabers play the Hollis-Brookline Cavaliers (Hollis, NH) in a Division II contest, on Monday, May 6. Souhegan will attempt to move on its 0-6 season record. The Cavaliers come into the contest with a 5-3 record after their 19-12 league loss to Hanover (Hanover, NH).
