New York High School Softball - St. Lawrence Central bounces Tupper Lake
May 3, 2024: Brasher Falls, NY 13613 St. Lawrence Central Larries (Brasher Falls, NY) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Tupper Lake Lumberjacks (Tupper Lake, NY), 18-3 in a league challenge.
The Larries now own a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Norwood-Norfolk for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 4. St. Lawrence Central will battle a Flyers squad coming off a 17-12 league loss to Ogdensburg Free Academy (Ogdensburg, NY). The Flyers record now stands at 3-9.
With the loss, Tupper Lake falls to 2-6 on the campaign. The Lumberjacks travel to Parishville-Hopkinton (Parishville, NY) to battle the Panthers in a Section 10 East challenge on Monday, May 6. The Panthers enter the challenge with a record of 0-9. Parishville-Hopkinton lost 28-9 in their recent league challenge against Brushton-Moira (Brushton, NY)
