May 3, 2025: Apple Valley, MN 55124 Apple Valley Eagles (Apple Valley, MN) followers left the game pleased Saturday as they observed their baseball squad nip the visiting Hermantown Hawks (Hermantown, MN), 3-2 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Apple Valley moves its record to 2-6 on the season. The Eagles travel to Farmington (Farmington, MN) to battle the Tigers in a South Suburban match on Monday, May 5. The Tigers come into the match with a record of 8-4. Farmington won 8-0 in their recent league match against Eastview (Apple Valley, MN)
The Hawks now possess a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cloquet for a Lake Superior match on Monday, May 5. Hermantown will battle a Lumberjacks squad coming off a 18-0 league loss to Marshall (Duluth, MN). The Lumberjacks record now stands at 3-8.
