The Hale Ray Noises baseball team scored 24 runs and held the host Vinal RVT Hawks to 3 in the Noises non-league win on Saturday.

The Noises now own a 2-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Coginchaug Regional for a non-league test on Monday, May 5. Hale Ray will clash with a Blue Devils team coming off a 7-1 non-league win over Old Lyme (Old Lyme, CT). The Blue Devils record now stands at 9-4.

With the defeat, Vinal RVT drops to 4-13 on the year. The Hawks travel to Cheney Tech (Manchester, CT) to clash with the Chargers in a Connecticut Technical - West test on Monday, May 5. The Chargers go into the test with a record of 7-5. Cheney Tech won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against East Windsor (East Windsor, CT)
