Missouri High School Baseball - Howell nips Kickapoo
May 3, 2025: Springfield, MO 65807 In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Howell Vikings baseball team scored a close 8-7 win over the Kickapoo Chiefs.
The Vikings (25-2) will now prepare for their game against Howell Central (St. Charles, MO). The Spartans go into the Class 6 District 4 game with a 19-12 record. In their last game, Howell Central was tipped by Lafayette (Wildwood, MO), 10-0, in a non-league game.
Next, the Chiefs play the Lebanon Yellowjackets (Lebanon, MO) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, May 6. Kickapoo will attempt to improve on its 9-10 season record. The Yellowjackets go into the game with a 15-8 record after their 14-4 non-league win over Lighthouse Christian (Springfield, MO).
