May 3, 2025: Lee's Summit, MO 64063 The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Lee's Summit Tigers (Lee's Summit, MO) and the visiting Nixa Eagles (Nixa, MO), saw Lee's Summit's baseball team beat Nixa by a margin of 10-3.
The Tigers (18-8) will now prepare for their battle against Liberty North (Liberty, MO). The Eagles enter the non-league battle with a 13-3 record. In their last battle, Liberty North held off Raymore-Peculiar (Peculiar, MO), 13-5, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Eagles face the Central Bulldogs (Springfield, MO) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, May 6. Nixa will attempt to improve on its 14-9 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 9-12 record after their 11-10 non-league win over East Newton (Granby, MO).
