West Virginia High School Baseball - Shady Spring defeats Riverside
May 3, 2025: Shady Spring, WV 25918 In Saturday's non-league game, the host Shady Spring Tigers baseball team scored a close 11-5 win over the Riverside Warriors.
The Tigers (15-10) will now prepare for their game against PikeView (Princeton, WV). The Panthers go into the Coalfield AA game with a 13-9 record. In their last game, PikeView nudged Summers County (Hinton, WV), 15-3, in a non-league game.
Next, the Warriors play the Oak Hill Red Devils (Oak Hill, WV) in a non-league game, on Monday, May 5. Riverside will attempt to improve on its 7-16 season record. The Red Devils go into the game with a 6-15 record after their 16-3 non-league loss to St. Albans (St. Albans, WV).
