In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Franklin Community Grizzly Cubs volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Madison Cubs.

The Grizzly Cubs (5-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Cathedral (Indianapolis, IN). The Fighting Irish enter the non-league challenge with a 4-7 record. In their last challenge, Cathedral beat Columbia City (Columbia City, IN), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Cubs meet the Perry Meridian Falcons (Indianapolis, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, May 3. Madison will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 10-2 record after their 2-0 league loss to Roncalli (Indianapolis, IN).
