Massachusetts High School Baseball - Whittier RVT defeats Winthrop
May 3, 2025: Winthrop, MA 02152 The Whittier RVT Wildcats (Haverhill, MA) baseball trounced the host Winthrop Vikings (Winthrop, MA), 15-7 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Wildcats now own a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they host Greater Lowell Tech for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 8. Whittier RVT will clash with a Gryphons team coming off a 17-4 non-league win over Nashoba Valley Tech (Westford, MA). The Gryphons record now stands at 4-1.
With the defeat, Winthrop drops to 3-1 on the year. The Vikings travel to Swampscott (Swampscott, MA) to clash with the Big Blue in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 7. The Big Blue go into the challenge with a record of 2-2.
