Iowa High School Soccer - St. Albert knocks off Notre Dame
May 3, 2025: Burlington, IA 52601 Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the St. Albert Falcons (Council Bluffs, IA) and the host Notre Dame Nikes (Burlington, IA), saw St. Albert's soccer squad prevail over Notre Dame by a count of 6-2.
The Falcons (16-2) will now prepare for their battle against Lewis Central (Council Bluffs, IA). The Titans enter the Hawkeye 10 battle with a 12-3 record. In their last battle, Lewis Central tipped Red Oak (Red Oak, IA), 13-0, in a league battle.
Next up, the Nikes confront the Wahlert Golden Eagles (Dubuque, IA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 3. Notre Dame will attempt to upgrade on its 9-3 season record. The Golden Eagles enter the battle with a 2-4 record after their 0-0 non-league Washington (Cedar Rapids, IA).
