In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Glenbard East Rams softball team scored a tight 9-2 win over the Evanston Wildkits.

The Rams (14-2) will now prepare for their match against Rolling Meadows (Rolling Meadows, IL). The Mustangs come into the non-league match with a 7-12 record. In their last match, Rolling Meadows nipped Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL), 8-4, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Wildkits battle the Maine West Warriors (Des Plaines, IL) in a non-league match, on Monday, May 5. Evanston will attempt to better on its 3-12 season record.
