Utah High School Softball - Wayne topped by Gunnison Valley
May 3, 2025: Gunnison, UT 84634 Gunnison Valley Bulldogs (Gunnison, UT) backers left the game pleased Saturday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Wayne Badgers (Bicknell, UT), 9-1 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Gunnison Valley upgrades its record to 20-9 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Enterprise (Enterprise, UT) to play the Wolves in a non-league game on Thursday, May 8. The Wolves enter the game with a record of 18-10. Enterprise won 13-3 in their recent non-league game against North Sevier (Salina, UT)
The Badgers now own a 9-12 record. They play next when they host North Sevier for a non-league game on Saturday, May 3. Wayne will play a Wolves squad coming off a 23-12 non-league loss to Delta (Delta, UT). The Wolves record now stands at 10-14.
