May 3, 2025: Hudson, WI 54016 Hudson Raiders (Hudson, WI) backers left the game pleased Saturday as they saw their softball squad nudge the visiting McDonell Central Macks (Chippewa Falls, WI), 7-5 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Hudson upgrades its record to 9-6 on the year. The Raiders host New Richmond (New Richmond, WI) to play the Tigers in a Big Rivers game on Tuesday, May 6. The Tigers enter the game with a record of 9-3. New Richmond won 13-0 in their recent league game against Eau Claire Memorial (Eau Claire, WI)
The Macks now own a 7-5 record. They play next when they host Augusta for a non-league game on Tuesday, May 6. McDonell Central will play a Beavers squad coming off a 8-2 non-league win over Pepin/Alma (Pepin, WI). The Beavers record now stands at 7-5.
