May 3, 2025: McBain, MI 49657 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the McBain Ramblers (McBain, MI) and the visiting Montabella Mustangs (Blanchard, MI), observed McBain's softball team get by Montabella by a tally of 8-6.
The Ramblers (4-6) will now prepare for their bout against Roscommon (Roscommon, MI). The Bucks go into the Highland bout with a 0-6 record. In their last bout, Roscommon by Beal City (Mt. Pleasant, MI), 23-0, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Mustangs clash with the White Cloud Indians (White Cloud, MI) in a non-league bout, on Friday, May 9. Montabella will attempt to advance on its 2-11 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 2-10 record after their 16-7 league loss to Lakeview (Lakeview, MI).
