Michigan High School Softball - Shepherd bounces Owosso
May 3, 2025: Shepherd, MI 48883 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Shepherd Bluejays (Shepherd, MI) and the visiting Owosso Trojans (Owosso, MI), observed Shepherd's softball team get by Owosso by a tally of 11-6.
The Bluejays (9-6) will now prepare for their bout against Standish-Sterling (Standish, MI). The Panthers go into the Jack Pine bout with a 6-4 record. In their last bout, Standish-Sterling was routed by South Lyon (South Lyon, MI), 11-0, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Trojans clash with the Laingsburg Wolfpack (Laingsburg, MI) in a non-league bout, on Monday, May 5. Owosso will attempt to advance on its 8-4 season record. The Wolfpack go into the bout with a 10-2 record after their 11-3 league win over Bath (Bath, MI).
