Michigan High School Softball - Pioneer drops to Shepherd
May 3, 2025: Shepherd, MI 48883 Shepherd Bluejays (Shepherd, MI) supporters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad topple the visiting Pioneer Pioneers (Ann Arbor, MI), 10-2 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Shepherd improves its record to 9-6 on the year. The Bluejays host Owosso (Owosso, MI) to play the Trojans in a non-league game on Saturday, May 3. The Trojans enter the game with a record of 8-3. Owosso lost 3-0 in their recent non-league game against Clio (Clio, MI)
The Pioneers now hold a 1-11 record. They play next when they travel to Petoskey for a non-league game on Saturday, May 3. Pioneer will play a Northmen squad coming off a 18-1 league win over Cadillac (Cadillac, MI). The Northmen record now stands at 15-0.
