Lake Central Indians (St. John, IN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Michigan City Wolves (Michigan City, IN), 7-0 in a league test.

With the win, Lake Central upgrades its record to 14-4 on the season. The Indians travel to Chesterton (Chesterton, IN) to battle the Trojans in a Duneland test on Tuesday, May 10. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 7-9.

With the defeat, Michigan City falls to 4-6 on the season. The Wolves travel to East Chicago Central (East Chicago, IN) to play the Cardinals in a non-league battle on Friday, May 6. The Cardinals enter the battle with a record of 3-9.
