May 4, 2023: Evanston, IL 60201 The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Evanston Wildkits (Evanston, IL) and the visiting Neuqua Valley Wildcats (Naperville, IL), saw Evanston's soccer squad get by Neuqua Valley by a margin of 1-0.
The Wildkits now sport a 8-4 record. They play next when they travel to Elgin for a non-league test on Saturday, May 6. Evanston will meet a Maroons squad coming off a 1-1 league Streamwood (Streamwood, IL). The Maroons record now stands at 0-0.
With the loss, Neuqua Valley drops to 0-1 on the season.
