Milby Buffs (Houston, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Fort Bend Kempner Cougars (Sugar Land, TX), 5-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Milby upgrades its record to 19-4 on the season. The Buffs travel to Friendswood (Friendswood, TX) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league test on Saturday, May 11. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 25-5. Friendswood won 4-3 in their recent non-league test against Nederland (Nederland, TX)

With the defeat, Fort Bend Kempner falls to 16-18 on the season.
