Missouri High School Baseball - Lafayette loses to Kirksville
May 4, 2024: Kirksville, MO 63501 In Saturday's non-league game, the host Kirksville Tigers baseball team scored a tight 5-0 victory over the Lafayette Fighting Irish.
The Tigers (17-12) will now prepare for their game against Green City (Green City, MO). The Gophers go into the non-league game with a 15-5 record.
The Fighting Irish (9-8) will now prepare for their game against St. Pius X (Kansas City, MO). The Warriors go into the non-league game with a 12-4 record. In their last game, St. Pius X was overwhelmed by Excelsior Springs (Excelsior Springs, MO), 1-0, in a non-league game.
