May 4, 2024: Grosse Pointe, MI 48236 Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils (Grosse Pointe, MI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Grosse Ile Red Devils (Grosse Ile, MI), 6-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Blue Devils now own a 20-4 record. They take the field next when they host Seaholm/Groves for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 4.
With the loss, Grosse Ile falls to 0-6 on the campaign. The Red devils travel to Lutheran North (Macomb, MI) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 4. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a record of 2-11. Lutheran North lost 3-2 in their recent league challenge against Divine Child (Dearborn, MI)
