North Carolina High School Soccer - Woods Charter nudges Polk County
May 5, 2021: Chapel Hill, NC 27514 Woods Charter Wolves (Chapel Hill, NC) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Polk County Wolverines (Columbus, NC), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Wolves confront the Christ the King Crusaders (Huntersville, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, May 7. Woods Charter will attempt to better on its 9-4 season record. The Crusaders enter the challenge with a 11-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Bishop McGuinness (Kernersville, NC).
The Wolverines now have a 9-3 record.
