The Western Hills Wolverines crushed the visiting Model Patriots baseball team by a count of 11-3 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Wolverines now possess a 23-26 record. They take the field next when they travel to Shelby County for a non-league bout on Friday, May 6. Western Hills will face a Rockets team coming off a 11-4 non-league win over Oldham County (Buckner, KY). The Rockets record now stands at 36-16.

Next, the Patriots face the Berea Pirates (Berea, KY) in a District 44 bout, on Monday, May 9. Model will attempt to move on its 3-26 season record.
