North Schuylkill Spartans (Ashland, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Pottsville Crimson Tide (Pottsville, PA), 4-0 in a league test.

With the win, North Schuylkill upgrades its record to 7-8 on the season. The Spartans travel to Whitehall (Whitehall, PA) to battle the Zephyrs in a non-league test on Saturday, May 7. The Zephyrs come into the test with a record of 7-10. Whitehall lost 4-0 in their recent league test against Northampton (Northampton, PA)

With the defeat, Pottsville falls to 7-8 on the season. The Crimson tide travel to Muhlenberg (Laureldale, PA) to battle the Muhls in a non-league test on Saturday, May 7. The Muhls come into the test with a record of 15-2. Muhlenberg won 8-1 in their recent league test against Twin Valley (Elverson, PA)
