Masconomet Regional Chieftains (Boxford, MA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the visiting Marblehead Magicians (Marblehead, MA), 13-11 in a league battle.

The Chieftains now have a 9-2 record. They take the field next when they host Swampscott for a battle on Monday, May 9. Masconomet Regional will clash with a Big Blue squad coming off a 17-6 league loss to Danvers (Danvers, MA). The Big Blue record now stands at 0-1.
