The Pine Lake Prep Pride triumphed over the visiting Cornerstone Charter Cardinals lacrosse team by a score of 20-5 in Thursday's non-league match.

With the win, Pine Lake Prep upgrades its record to 10-7 on the season. The Pride travel to Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC) to play the Knights in a non-league match on Tuesday, May 9. The Knights go into the match with a record of 13-5. Lake Norman Charter won 14-7 in their recent non-league match against Myers Park (Charlotte, NC)

With the defeat, Cornerstone Charter drops to 7-6 on the season.
