May 5, 2023: Chesterfield, VA 23838 The Manchester Lancers triumphed over the host Matoaca Warriors lacrosse team by a score of 12-1 in Friday's non-league match.
With the win, Manchester upgrades its record to 6-4 on the season. The Lancers travel to James River Midlothian (Midlothian, VA) to play the Rapids in a Dominion match on Monday, May 8. The Rapids go into the match with a record of 3-5. James River Midlothian lost 18-9 in their recent non-league match against Hanover (Mechanicsville, VA)
With the defeat, Matoaca drops to 1-3 on the season. The Warriors host Thomas Dale (Chester, VA) to play the Knights in a Central match on Wednesday, May 10. The Knights go into the match with a record of 1-9.
