Michigan High School Softball - Stevenson nudges Divine Child
May 5, 2023: Dearborn, MI 48128 Stevenson Spartans (Livonia, MI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Divine Child Falcons (Dearborn, MI), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Spartans now own a 14-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pinckney for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 6. Stevenson will battle a Pirates squad coming off a 16-1 non-league win over Huron (Ann Arbor, MI). The Pirates record now stands at 11-3.
With the loss, Divine Child falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to St. Mary's Prep (Orchard Lake, MI) to battle the Eaglets in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 9. The Eaglets enter the challenge with a record of 10-2.
