Illinois High School Softball - Hall topped by Morrison
May 5, 2023: Spring Valley, IL 61362 The Morrison Mustangs softball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Hall Red Devils to 0 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, Morrison moves its record to 12-9 on the year. The Mustangs host Orion (Orion, IL) to clash with the Chargers in a Three Rivers West game on Monday, May 8. The Chargers come into the game with a record of 7-20. Orion lost 18-4 in their recent non-league game against Geneseo (Geneseo, IL)
In their next game, the Red Devils clash with the Bureau Valley Storm (Manlius, IL) in a Three Rivers East game, on Monday, May 8. Hall will attempt to move on its 1-18 season record. The Storm come into the game with a 11-12 record after their 19-0 non-league loss to Sherrard (Sherrard, IL).
