In Monday's non-league bout, the Franklin Knights (Franklin, PA) baseball squad the visiting Cranberry Area Berries (Seneca, PA), by a score of 11-9.

Next up, the Knights encounter the Hickory Hornets (Hermitage, PA) in a District 10 Region 2 bout, on Wednesday, May 7. Franklin will attempt to advance on its 8-8 season record. The Hornets enter the bout with a 5-9 record after their 11-4 league win over Oil City (Oil City, PA).
