Missouri High School Baseball - Lutheran loses to Liberty
May 5, 2025: Lake St. Louis, MO 63367 Liberty Eagles (Lake St. Louis, MO) fans left the game pleased Monday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Lutheran Cougars (St. Peters, MO), 6-0 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Liberty advances its record to 8-16 on the season. The Eagles host Troy-Buchanan (Troy, MO) to battle the Trojans in a non-league match on Tuesday, May 6. The Trojans come into the match with a record of 9-15. Troy-Buchanan lost 3-1 in their recent non-league match against Fort Zumwalt East (St. Peters, MO)
The Cougars now have a 4-18 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Mary's for a non-league match on Wednesday, May 7. Lutheran will battle a Dragons squad coming off a 20-2 non-league loss to Lutheran (St. Peters, MO). The Dragons record now stands at 2-9.
