New York High School Softball - Lansing bounces Marathon
May 5, 2025: Lansing, NY 14882 The Lansing Bobcats softball team scored 18 runs and held the visiting Marathon Olympians to 6 in the Bobcats non-league win on Monday.
The Bobcats now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Moravia for a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 6. Lansing will confront a Blue Devils team coming off a 12-12 non-league Tioga (Tioga Center, NY). The Blue Devils record now stands at 3-1.
With the loss, Marathon moves to 1-2 on the season. The Olympians travel to Newark Valley (Newark Valley, NY) to confront the Cardinals in a non-league battle on Thursday, May 8. The Cardinals come into the battle with a record of 0-1. Newark Valley lost 27-2 in their recent non-league battle against Moravia (Moravia, NY)
