Michigan High School Softball - Tri County Area topped by Chippewa Hills
May 5, 2025: Howard City, MI 49329 Chippewa Hills Warriors (Remus, MI) backers left the game pleased Monday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Tri County Area Vikings (Howard City, MI), 19-2 in a league game.
With the triumph, Chippewa Hills upgrades its record to 13-8 on the year. The Warriors host Big Rapids (Big Rapids, MI) to play the Cardinals in a Central State Activities Association-Gold game on Wednesday, May 7. The Cardinals enter the game with a record of 3-5.
The Vikings now own a 0-11 record. They play next when they travel to Carson City-Crystal for a non-league game on Thursday, May 8. Tri County Area will play a Eagles squad coming off a 6-5 league loss to Merrill (Merrill, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 3-9.
