New York High School Softball - Christian Brothers Academy bounces East Syracuse-Minoa
May 5, 2025: Syracuse, NY 13214 The Christian Brothers Academy Brothers softball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting East Syracuse-Minoa Spartans to 1 in the Brothers non-league win on Monday.
The Brothers now possess a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cazenovia for a Section 3 Liberty 2 battle on Thursday, May 8. Christian Brothers Academy will confront a Lakers team coming off a 13-1 non-league win over Altmar-Parish-Williamstown (Parish, NY). The Lakers record now stands at 5-4.
With the loss, East Syracuse-Minoa moves to 2-6 on the season. The Spartans travel to Fulton (Fulton, NY) to confront the Red Raiders in a non-league battle on Saturday, May 10. The Red Raiders come into the battle with a record of 6-1. Fulton lost 18-15 in their recent non-league battle against West Genesee (Camillus, NY)
