Wisconsin High School Softball - Janesville Craig bounces Madison West
May 5, 2025: Madison, WI 53726 The Janesville Craig Cougars softball team scored 6 runs and held the host Madison West Regents to 2 in the Cougars league win on Monday.
The Cougars now sport a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Middleton for a Big Eight battle on Thursday, May 8. Janesville Craig will encounter a Cardinals team coming off a 9-1 league win over Verona (Verona, WI). The Cardinals record now stands at 15-1.
With the loss, Madison West moves to 1-11 on the season. The Regents travel to Sun Prairie East (Sun Prairie, WI) to encounter the Cardinals in a Big Eight battle on Tuesday, May 6. The Cardinals come into the battle with a record of 10-5. Sun Prairie East 1-1 in their recent non-league battle against Tomah (Tomah, WI)
