Ohio High School Softball - Westland drops to Upper Arlington
May 5, 2025: Columbus, OH 43221 Upper Arlington Golden Bears (Columbus, OH) supporters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad topple the visiting Westland Cougars (Galloway, OH), 12-0 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Upper Arlington improves its record to 6-14 on the year. The Golden Bears host Marysville (Marysville, OH) to face the Monarchs in a non-league game on Tuesday, May 6. The Monarchs enter the game with a record of 14-4. Marysville won 13-3 in their recent league game against Hilliard Darby (Hilliard, OH)
The Cougars now hold a 5-19 record. They play next when they host Whetstone for a non-league game on Wednesday, May 7. Westland will face a Braves squad coming off a 11-6 league win over Beechcroft (Columbus, OH). The Braves record now stands at 10-6.
