The Sun Valley Vanguards baseball team (Aston, PA), was overwhelmed 14-7 in Thursday's league outing with the visiting Great Valley Patriots (Malvern, PA)

With the win, Great Valley upgrades its record to 6-8 on the season. The Patriots travel to Unionville (Kennett Square, PA) to battle the Longhorns in a Ches-Mont test on Monday, May 10. The Longhorns come into the test with a record of 9-6. Unionville won 6-4 in their recent non-league test against Conestoga (Berwyn, PA)

With the defeat, Sun Valley falls to 1-12 on the season. The Vanguards host Kennett (Kennett Square, PA) to battle the Blue Demons in a Ches-Mont test on Monday, May 10. The Blue Demons come into the test with a record of 2-10.
