May 6, 2021: Niles, MI 49120 Spectators at Thursday's non-league battle between the New Prairie Cougars (New Carlisle, IN) and the host Niles Vikings (Niles, MI), saw New Prairie's baseball squad edge Niles by a margin of 11-10.
Coming up next, the Cougars play the Glenn Bobcats (Bay City, MI) in a non-league battle, on Monday, May 10. New Prairie will attempt to better on its 11-7 season record. The Bobcats enter the battle with a 10-1 record after their 5-3 league loss to Freeland (Freeland, MI).
The Vikings now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Sturgis for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 8. Niles will play a Trojans squad coming off a 14-4 non-league loss to Fremont (Fremont, IN). The Trojans record now stands at 9-3.
