California High School Volleyball - Edison tips Los Alamitos
May 6, 2021: Fresno, CA 93706 The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Edison Tigers (Fresno, CA) and the visiting Los Alamitos Griffins (Los Alamitos, CA), saw Edison's volleyball squad nip Los Alamitos by a tally of 3-2.
With the win, Edison upgrades its record to 2-3 on the year. The Tigers travel to Sanger (Sanger, CA) to play the Apaches in a County Metro bout on Thursday, May 6. The Apaches go into the bout with a record of 9-1. Sanger lost 3-2 in their recent league bout against Bullard (Fresno, CA)
The Griffins now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they host Edison for a Sunset Wave bout on Wednesday, May 12. Los Alamitos will play a Chargers squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Fountain Valley (Fountain Valley, CA). The Chargers record now stands at 5-6.
